CEO
Erin brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across elementary education, early childhood administration, nonprofit operations, and community-based program development. Her background blends educational insight, organizational leadership, and community-centered strategy to help ensure TSURI’s programs are mission-driven, structured, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of youth, families, and the community.

Tocka Barrett
Founder
Tocka brings more than 30 years of classroom and educational leadership experience to TSURI. She holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and is a licensed K–8 teacher in Ohio. Her background helps keep TSURI grounded in academic growth, youth development, and practical school-based support.

Tanja Jones, LSW, LPC
Founder
Tanja brings 30 years of comprehensive social work and community-based experience across Franklin County and partner organizations. She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Social Worker. Her leadership strengthens TSURI’s focus on emotional wellness, family support, and culturally responsive care.
